Telesales ( not a call centre)

Casual position, but ongoing approximately 20 hrs per week (flexible business hours) in a small office in Richmond area.

Duties include inbound and outbound customer sales calls for the sale of IT consumables (printer and computer supplies) and related product and some associated administration.

Recent appropriate IT/office products consumables experience is a requirement.
 
$22.50 per hour plus incentive.

• Provide leadership and development of all service centre staff, inclusive of employed Hose Doctors.
• Manage the Business activities of franchised Hose Doctors in accordance with agreed Hose Doctor contracts and policies.
• Provide a conduit between the Company and franchised Hose Doctors.
• Maintain an agreed budget under which the Service Centre can operate at an optimum commercial level.

What is ENZED

What does a Hose Doctor do

Through a mobile workshop in the form of a van or truck, the Hose Doctor is able to assemble hoses on the spot where they are needed, thus offering an emergency breakdown service. Hose Doctors are paid a commission on all product sales and service. This service is highly valued by industry, where downtime caused by unexpected hydraulic failures can be very expensive and lead to material losses in productivity. Because Hose Doctors are there at a time of need, it is typical for strong personal relationships to develop between Hose Doctors and their customer base, leading to long-term repeat work.
