Quick Couplings.

Flat Face, HTMA, Hydraulic Quick Couplings - FF and FC Series.

Parker's non-spill, flat face hydraulic couplers and nipples are ideal for use across a variety of hydraulic applications where fluid lines require fast and easy connection and disconnection with minimal spillage and limited air inclusion

Overview

FF Series Hydraulic Couplers (up to 5000 psi), meet the requirements of Hydraulic Tool Manufacturer's Association (HTMA - ISO 16028) standards in the 3/8" size, and connect with FF/FC Series Nipples. Parker's FF Series quick connect fittings are double shut off with a non-spill, flat face design to minimize spillage and air inclusion when connecting or disconnecting. Couplers have a sleeve locking mechanism to help prevent accidental disconnection. FF Series quick couplings are available in a range of sizes to be versatile for use in applications with pressures up to 5000 psi.

FF and FC Series Nipples (hydraulic) up to 5000 psi, meet the requirements of Hydraulic Tool Manufacturer's Association (HTMA - ISO 16028) standards in the 3/8" size, and connect with FF Series Couplers. FC nipples are designed to connect under pressure, in situations where fluid lines contain residual pressure caused by thermal expansion.

Technical Characteristics:

FF Sizes: 1/4” – 1”

FC (Connect Under Pressure) Sizes: 3/8", 1/2" & 3/4"

Applications

  • Hydraulic tools
  • Construction equipment attachments
  • Industrial hydraulic lines
  • Agricultural implements
  • Coolant fill and drain lines

Features & benefits

  • Push-to-connect operation makes connection easy with one hand
  • 3/8" size is globally interchangeable with other couplings complying with HTMA (ISO 16028) standards
  • Hydraulic flat face valves minimize fluid loss when disconnecting, to reduce environmental contamination and avoid safety hazards caused by spillage.
  • Hydraulic Flat Face valves minimize the amount of air that can enter the system when connecting fluid lines, thus preventing accelerated wear of the system's components.
  • Sleeve lock guards against accidental disconnection
