Chincilla’s Brian Nothdurft became the lucky winner of the Cam Waters Signature Edition Mustang, when he drew the winning key to access the bespoke black beast at Sandown Park’s Supercars event last weekend.
Enhanced by Tickford Automotive, with the design and styling influenced by Cam himself, a large crowd gathered to witness the draw last Saturday morning, which saw three potential winners in attendance from more than 3,500 entries received during the promotional period.
Forming the trio of excited contestants in attendance was Adem Temel from Timmy’s Detailing, whose local ENZED Service Centre is the Fawkner branch in Victoria, Gehan Athale from Alpha Corporate Property Services, ENZED Dandenong Victoria, and Brian who as good as lived at the Surat Basin ENZED branch in his attempts to increase his odds of being the lucky winner of the one-off machine.
Mr Don Davies was the independent referee in attendance, as the three gentlemen hoping to drive away in the sinister black ‘Stang’ drew their draw order out of Cam’s ENZED branded race helmet, with Brian ultimately prevailing for the win despite being the last of the contestants to successfully press the remote key to access the car.
A rev of the engine later and Brian was set to drive off into the sunset, delighted and over the moon at his good fortune, and despite the long road trip back to Chinchilla in Queensland, he was last heard contemplating the drive.
Congratulations Brian, your next big challenge is hiding the keys from your kids.
